Education — higher (screenwriting and film history faculty of the Russian State Institute of cinematography). Doctor of arts, Professor.
Serves as the lead researcher in the Institute of cinema of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation.
Reads courses of lectures on “the History of world cinema” and “History of television”. Member of the Union of cinematographers of the Russian Federation, member of the new York Academy of Sciences, member of the Association of Orientalists of the Russian Federation. She is married and has a daughter.
