Vishnyak Boris
Was born on February 28, 1954 in Moscow.
Graduated from the Moscow electrotechnical institute of communication in 1977; since 1977 worked in Mezhgorsvyazstroy trust where there has passed the way from the master to the first deputy head of trust; took part in construction of the Moscow television cable network, was engaged in development of telecommunication and television networks of Moscow, created the Russia’s first complex of digital consolidation of a satellite signal;
The decree of the Russian President of July 12, 2010 No. 895 is awarded by the Order of Friendship. It was awarded with medals, memorable signs, repeatedly encouraged with thanks.
