Ugolnikov Igor
Born on December 15, 1962 in Moscow into a family of engineers.
He graduated the Directing Faculty in the Russian State Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in 1984.
Since 2006 – Chairman of the Broadcasting Organization of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.
Married and has one daughter.
