Kachalov Gennady
Was born September 10, 1943.
Born September 10, 1943. From 1996 to 2010 Kachalov G. K. was presented by RTR in the Technical Committee of the European broadcasting Union, being its elected member. He is currently coordinator of the European broadcasting Union (EBU) and the Asia-Pacific broadcasting Union (ABU) in cooperation with RTR.
By organizing a section “Technology” on the official website of RTR, working hard on the translation and bringing to the Russian broadcasting community of currently valid international standards, guidelines and technical standards developed in the framework of EBU, ABU and other organizations.
