Born on October 5, 1954 in Zmiev (Gottwald), Kharkiv region, Ukraine.
He graduated from the journalism faculty of the Kiev State University in 1981.
Since 1993 was President of Television and Radio Company “SurgutInterNews”.
Author of many newspaper articles, TV films, radio reports.
