Born on 11 October 1967.
He studied at the acting Department of GITIS (1984-1991, to military service — V. A. Andreev, after the army — E. N. Lazarev), at the directing Department of VGIK (E. Tashkov).
The founder of the company “Figaro” (1991), head of advertising and television projects.
From 2008 to 2015 — Deputy General Director-head of production and technological Department of the RTR.
In October 2015, was appointed General Director of NTV.
