Was born on November 23, 1972 in Moscow.
In 1998 graduated from the Moscow State institute of radio engineering, electronics and automatic equipment on specialization “Designing and technology of radio-electronic means”.
Since 1991 worked as the manager in the Combining WINDOW company, and since 1998 — the President of the OKNO-TV company.
