Was born on April 1, 1954.
In 1976 graduated from the Odessa polytechnical institute.
In 1997 passed to work into ORT. Headed implementation and the organization of operation of the Automated radio complex of ORT.
From 1997 to 2001 — there has passed the way from the head of department Air of ORT to the Deputy Executive Director of the Main management of programs of ORT.
