Mikhaylov Alexander
Born on October 27, 1950 in Moscow.
Graduated from the Moscow electromechanical technical school of the Moscow Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People’s Deputies in 1969, faculty of journalism of MSU of M. V. Lomonosov in 1977.
Professor of the Moscow legal Academy and the Moscow institute Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (1999-2000); vice rector of independent institute of political technologies “The Russian school PR”;
The member of council on foreign and defensive policy (SWAP);
The cochairman of Presidium of National Civil Committee on interaction with law enforcement, legislative and judicial authorities; member of the Russian Writers’ Union; author of a number of books of a detective genre and publications of scientific character.
