Kozlov Vladimir
Born on April 14, 1950 in the town of Pavlovsky Posad, Moscow region.
He graduated from the Military Academy named after F. Dzerzhinsky, specialty – radio systems measuring systems and Institute of the KGB named after Y. Andropov specialty – international referent.
From November 2001 – Deputy of the Russian Federation Minister of Press, Broadcasting and Mass Communications.
Since – February 2005 – Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications.
