Gusman Mikhail
Born on January 23, 1950 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
He graduated from the Azerbaijan Institute of Foreign Languages and the Faculty of Journalism of the Baku Higher School of Political Sciences.
Since October 2000, was appointed as a first Deputy General Director of ITAR-TASS.
In May 2000 he was elected Secretary General of the Organization of News Agencies in Asia and the Pacific (OANA).
Member of the International Academy of Informatization, Professor, Doctor of Political Sciences.
In September 2002 he was elected Vice-President of the European Alliance of News Agencies (EAIA).
