Goreglyad Victor
Born September 5, 1954 in Gomel oblast, Byelorussian SSR. In 1988 he graduated from all-Union correspondence electrotechnical Institute of communication on a speciality “the engineer of radio communication and radio broadcasting”.
Since 2010 — Deputy General Director –Director of the Department of broadcasting and Radiocommunication of the FSUE “RTRS”.
