Glushan Dmitry
Born on March 5, 1949 in Krasnodar Krai.
In 1966 graduated from school with a gold medal and entered the Rostov state university in a radiophysics and electronics.
In 1985 the rank “The honourable radio operator of the USSR” is given.
From 1992 to 1998 worked in commercial structures — was engaged in installation of equipment.
In 1998 has been invited in Committee on telecommunications and mass media of the Government of Moscow to a position of the head of department of telecommunications and development of regional broadcasting.
TV Center was engaged in development of TV channel, I supervised a cable television of Moscow.
Since 2000 till present — the Vice-president for development of MOF “Education in the Third Millennium”.
