Born December 31, 1953.
His entire career was devoted to work in the system of public broadcasting in the country, having worked in this industry for over 30 years.
Responsible for formation and passage of all state agencies budget requests FGUP “RTRS” for inclusion in the annual Federal law On the Federal budget, “what can receive subsidies to broadcast Russian TV channels in settlements with a population less than 200 thousand people, according to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 13.08.2001 G. No. 1031, and the receiving Federal funding for targeted and targeted programmes including the Federal target program “Restoration of economy and social sphere of the Chechen Republic (2002 and subsequent years).
Engaged in the budget formation of the Enterprise, distribution and control of funds.
Constantly deal with issues of attracting financial resources for the modernization and renewal of production and technical base of FSUE “RTRS”, both at the expense of own funds, and through investment and credit resources.
