Born on August 30, 1942 in Moscow.
In 15 years, studying at school, the branch laboratory has begun to work as the laboratory assistant in Moscow television.
In 1961-1991 I worked in the Moscow television technical center of the 50 anniversary of October (TTTs). There has passed the way from the technician’s position to the deputy director.
In 1966 I have graduated from faculty of a radio communication of the Moscow electrotechnical institute, as a radio engineer.
In 1991-1996 — the technical director, then — the vice-chairman of VGTRK.
In 1997-2000 — the President of the Euroasian technical association of television and radio. From July, 2000 to 2006 — the adviser to the president of TVC TV channel for technical issues.
I was the CEO of “MEDIASTAR”. Corresponding member of the International academy of informatization. Academician of the Russian academy of natural sciences. Gentleman of the awards “Honour Sign” and “Friendship of the people”.
I liked to be engaged “in all new”.
