Speaker, people’s artist of Russia. Honored artist of the RSFSR. People’s artist of Russia.
Early deprived of his father, who commanded a division at Smolensk, went to the front as a volunteer. In the red Army since 1942. On fronts of the great Patriotic war 28.02.1943 for 27.06.1944 (Volkhov front, the Leningrad front). 1944 — in the NKVD (166 Roth’s government communications 4th Odessa order of Alexander Nevsky and red star regiment of the governmental communication of the NKVD of the USSR. After being injured at work in the rear.
Graduated from the Youth theatre workshop organised by the Moscow art Theater, the course of Alla Tarasova. All-Union Radio announcer (1944).
From 1947 to 1996 he worked at Central TV. Worked at the radio station “Moscow Says”. Voiced movies: documentaries, movies, and French films.
