Guliev Jamil
Born in 1963 in Baku.
In 1984 he graduated from Russian state institute of cinematography of S. A. Gerasimov (VGIK) (workshop of A. Alov, V. Naumov).
The honored worker of arts, the Executive Secretary of the Union of Cinematographers of Azerbaijan Republic.
Since 2013 – CEO of the Public television of Azerbaijan.
