Zvonarev Leonid
Born February 10, 1954, in the village Threshold, Onega district of the Arkhangelsk region.
In 1986 has ended all-Union correspondence electrotechnical Institute of communication majoring in radio and broadcasting. Since 2007 till present — first Deputy head of the Production and technological Department of the FSUE VGTRK.
