Born on January 17, 1968 in Moscow.
Education — the highest economic, in 1991 I have graduated from “All-Union institute of cinematography of S. A. Gerasimov” in “Cinematography economy”, qualification — “The economist of cinema and television”.
Now holds a position of the deputy director general of Federal State Unitary Enterprise TTTs Ostankino, is the vice-chairman of the Telebroadcasting organization (TRO) of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.
Since November, 2012 — the Deputy general director-chief executive of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Public television of Russia”.
