1997 — 1999 — one of the founders of JSC “TV Center”, Deputy General Director for external relations.
1999 — present — one of the founders of the interregional public Foundation “Education in the third Millennium, Vice-President for external relations.
2002 – present – one of the founders of IATR, Executive Director.
For many years he combined the basic work with others:
- Member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of television and radio (1991 — 1996 ).
- Representative of Euronews TV channel in Russia (1992-1993).
- Television producer of the Olympic Games in Atlanta (football, 1996).
- Advisor on international Affairs to the Chairman of Committee on telecommunications and mass media of Government of Moscow (1997-1999).
- Member of the Executive Committee of the European Association of regional television Circom Regional, the national coordinator for Russia (1996 — present ).
- Correspondent Europe Online (1998 – 2002).
- Author and project Manager TV broadcast of “TV Center” to the Internet (1998 – 1999).
- Author of the concept of creation, as well as consulting the Irish digital educational TV (2001).
- CEO of ES PRESS (2004-present). Editor and publisher of the network journal’s “TV Digest” (2002-present).
- Lecturer in the course of cyberjournalists the Moscow state University and Russian state humanitarian University (since 1997).
The author of the 3,000 subjects, transmitted through the channels Intervision, Eurovision and international agencies channels; 10 documentaries; the producer of many live telecasts and broadcasts, head of the “International panorama”, the CG of the USSR.
Participant of many international conferences, seminars, “round tables” on issues of broadcasting, including a delegate of the First TV forum of the United Nations (1996).
